Is this too manly??? Help!!

Question

My fiancé and I are trying to pick color schemes for our house! We've never lived together, or on our own. We're trying to come up with color schemes that aren't overwhelmingly one gender or the other. So we're trying to strike a compromise. Are these colors too manly? Obviously we're going to add some personal touches like flowers, throw pillows, accent decorations, etc. 
we've thought about for our bedroom and bathroom doing the cream, browns, espresso with red accents
Then the kitchen the same
The living room the same neutral browns but with light peach and whites for accents 
And guest bed and bath a sea foam color with white and tan like the shower curtain posted below.
Dining room the same neutral browns but with an accent color that is yet to be decided? What do you think?? I need help! I don't want things looking closed in- too manly or like a cave! But I'm not overly girly either, so I don't want it looking like a tween girl decorated it either. Help!!

You could add some gold detailing to the bedroom, like a gold frame from hobby lobby, or the big vases that sit on the floor in that gold metal color

I'd throw some pastel pinks or purples in the bathroom (like towels) but other than that it looks gorgeous!

I think neutral is awesome. To add some pop or sass you can do yellow or teal, both colors go beautifully with those tones

I like it! Maybe add a few feminine accents with throw pillows, towels or curtains to balance out the neutral vibe so it'll be manly and feminine at the same time.

I think it's fine as long as you have a lot of natural light in your home like in the images. If not, it will look really heavy/dark and blocky. Otherwise, the furniture looks beautiful.
