I got a flu and I am taking this for the symptoms. I know antibiotics interfere with birth control pills, but would this affect it too?

It shouldn't affect it?  Cold, ibuprofen and acetaminophen medicines shouldn't because they're such common medicines. I asked my pharmacist if Tylenol would interfere with it because it has acetaminophen and they said no since it's so commonly used. Same thing goes for anticoagulants (blood thinners). I would call a pharmacist (preferably the one you go to to refill your pills) and ask.

They say that just certain antibiotics affect the pill after they've been claiming for years that any kind of antibiotic does. Personally I can't trust them so since I'm paranoid as hell I'd probably stuck with condoms even for regular illness medicine 😂
