sleep help please!
I've been getting frustrated to say the least with my now 7 month old. Prior to his 6 month appt, where he got his immunizations, he was sleeping through the night. Since then he is up every 2-3 hrs and wants to go to bed at 11 pm.
I'm not sure what to do because our old sleep routine doesn't work with him. Since he's turned 6 months he's also been more active meaning crawling and standing most of the day so I know he's exhausted! When he wakes up every 2 hrs he doesn't self-soothe like he used to and he stands up in his crib where he's fallen back a few times so I don't let him "cry it out" because it's dangerous!!!
What do I do!?! Did I mention I just started a new job and just feel soooo overwhelmed ☹️
