I'm pissed

My nuvaring gets sent through ups (I use express scripts and I highly recommend it because I actually get the nuvaring for free!) and I live in this kind of shitty little apartment in Muncie and when you get a package it goes to the front office instead of your front door and apparently the front office has had my birth control for over a week and never contacted me about it and it's been sitting there without any refrigeration 😐😑
