How are you sleeping after a csection?

What are you sleeping on? What way do you face? What helps?

I'm struggling 😭 I'm on day 5 of recovery tomorrow

I slept in the recliner part of my sofa for about a week, our bed is high and the sofa was easier to get on and off of. After a week or so, I slept in the bed with lots of pillows for support

After I had my c-section I slept on my side with my long body pillow in between my legs.

I had to sleep on my back after mine. 4mo PP and I feel pretty much back to myself now.
