Sleep Talking/sitting up
Hi, I've been waking up feeling exhausted and my husband says that I talk a lot in my sleep. We used to find it funny and I asked him to record it so we could listen and laugh in the morning but recently when I asked if I still do he said that it happens so much he's used to it, pretty much every night.
Also a few nights ago I woke up sitting up in bed, I'd sat up in my sleep, super freaky, weirdest is that I only realised and woke up because my husband woke me up. How long would I have stayed asleep sitting up if he hadn't?!
I've had similar things to sitting up in my sleep before but usually I wake up half way through moving.
I don't gel particularly stressed in the day but he says in my sleep I talk mostly nonsense but most common theme is teaching (I'm an english language teacher in Japan).
Anyway, I just wondered if anyone has similar experiences? I don't care about sleepwalking/moving in itself but I think it's causing really bad sleep quality recently.
Any similar stories/advice?
