Anyone ttc 2years or more?

Ladies, just wondered really. How long it's taken most to fall? My DF and I have been ttc for 2 an half years almost? it's been a long road. Seems most have fallen within first few months. I know I know, every woman is different. My DF has extremely low sperm, oligozoospermia. Only 1 sperm in sample given to hospital. Get result from latest SA tomo hopefully. If not Wednesday! Just really wanted to hear from few that've had long journey ttc. Nice to know your not alone sometimes.

Been trying for 3.5 years, 3 miscarriages and unexplained infertility. Definitely not alone - despite the fact that it seems like everyone around me is getting pregnant at the drop of a hat!

Hi ladies, just found this thread. Hope you don't mind me chimming in. My husband and I have been TTC #1 for the past 4 years :( I'll be 31 next week and he's 30. We've both got tested and our infertility is apparently unexplainable. Gotta be honest with you ladies, but it's getting really hard and rather exhausting trying to stay positive. As if the waiting isn't hard enough, both my sister-in-laws got pregnant 1 month apart for each other and they weren't even trying :'( it's so heart breaking and frustrating when you want something so bad but can't have it and everyone around you is getting pregnant. I'm feeling pretty discouraged at this point and would really like a TTC buddy so I can have some support through this chapter in my life. Wishing all you ladies luck :)

We are at our 2 yr anniversary now for ttc #1. Diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Failed clomid cycles, have appt with hospital tomorrow to discuss ivf on the nhs, also got appt next week with a private doctor as we want to pay to investigate my natural killer cell levels whilst we go through the ivf, apparently if these levels are high it's a reason for failed implantation or recurrent miscarriages, my friend was successful with her 5th ivf attempt when these levels were measured and treatment was given so fingers crossed x

My partner and I have been together 8 years. We lived long distance for a while (5 years). We have never used protection - but never really tried either.

​Low sperm count, pcos and high stress levels! Staying hopefully our first will be born in 2015!

Just passed the 2 year mark this month. Unexplained infertility, DH sperm all good to go so thinking about next steps. I've had a short luteal phase but pretty sure I'm ovulating. Will book in for HSG in the next couple of cycles and go from there. IVF is very expensive here in NZ if you are not eligible for public funding.. Maybe we should start saving!

OH and I have been TTC#1 for 19 months. I have Endo and he has a low count. Back to the FS in June and then he'll decide if we've to go down the assisted conception route or not! It can get so frustrating and disheartening! Your not alone honey. We're praying for a little miracle soon! Good luck and baby dust to all! Xx

Ttc for almost 2.5 years too!! I've got endo and low progesterone and he's got low numbers so we start IVF soon.

​Just on you OH's SA - every dr we've seen has told us you only get a good indication after 3 compared SAs. My OH was told 3 times his swimmers were very slow or not moving at all, but this was due to the lab not testing quick enough. After a test at the FS clinic, it was tested immediately it showed good quality just low numbers. So another test might be needed just in case.

We have been ttc for 3 years.  We haven't tried IVF yet. DH had a vericosele embolization, and I had unexplained hydrosalpinx repaired through surgery. Could have been endo. My intestines were attached to my uterus. Dr. says neither should be preventing us from pregnancy. I wonder if I have an issue with implantation? Maybe hormonal? Idk, that's just intuition talking. I've had HSG, ultrasounds, and every blood test possible. I don't know what else it could be. I ov very regularly confirmed through OPK and bbt. 26-28d cycle. I'm hopeful that it will happen. We have to believe. Thinking otherwise only takes us farther from our goal. And when it does happen, we'll forget about everything it took to get there and just appreciate - Every. Single. Moment. <3
