Weird pains in stomach

I'm 8w4d and last night I woke up with these weird sharp pains in my stomach. The pain was sort above my belly button up under my ribs and it felt like I had little lightning bolts/electricity shooting around in there (that the best I can describe it lol). I haven't felt it before. I have woken up to bad gas a few times, which felt like my lower abdomen was on fire and being twisted around, which was horrible. But this was different. Last night I moved around, went to pee, and eventually it eased off. Now this afternoon the feeling has come back but not as intense. Any ideas? Is it just another form of indigestion/gas?
