Implantation vs. Ovulation Bleeding

Can anyone explain a way for me to tell the difference between the two? I'm on CD23 and I was ovulating last week. I went to the bathroom last night and I had very light pink spotting that last through this morning. If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome!
