Celiac or Gluten Intolerant?

So I've recently discovered that I have a gluten sensitivity or intolerance, although it is self-diagnosed. But what is the difference between an intolerance and Celiac Disease? If I have it, how would I get diagnosed with Celiac?

For a diagnoses you would need to go to your Primary Care Provider, describe your symptoms and why you think they're linked and ask for a blood test for celiac.

Celiac is caused by an autoimmune response against gluten protein spurs and your white blood cells attack your small intestinal lining. Gluten intolerance is similar but not specifically caused by the same genes as Celiac.

How have you self-diagnosed this? Is it because you cut gluten out of your diet and then tried to eat it again and felt sick?

Celica is pretty much when you get anything with gluten or even contaminated with gluten and you get sick. Throwing up or popping.
