Hi ladies! I always feel so worried when I have sex even if I'm safe. I want to start birth control but I've grown up in a house where sex is DEFINITELY waited for marriage. My family doesn't know I'm active and I still live at home so I don't know if it's possible to get birth control without them knowing? I am 18 but I'm on my parents insurance. And also what kind works best? I'd prefer to stay away from shots but honestly I'm not very educated in any of yet. Any help would be so appreciated☺
