I cant take this heartburn..

Someone please please help me man I don't know what to do anymore I'm so hopeless. I have tried tums, baking soda, water, lemon water, I do not know what to do I'm 28 weeks and I am crying I can't eat or drink .. Please someone help... I can't get to the doctor right now either I have an appoinment for January 25 HELLLLLPPPP!!!!
