Guys change after first date?

I do believe that guys want to make the first impression one of the most desperate ones and that they are really kind before meeting for the first time(s). For me, they ALL changed after the first date... I don't know, am I ugly? Do I upset them? I don't know why is that. They just start showing the real person and it makes me sad but, I don't stay. I always leave which is my win. Anyone else?
