Eww.. Bad breath..

Ok ladies please tell me what I can do or if anyone is going through this too.. I brush my teeth regularly twice a day and use mouthwash but yet I still feel like I have bad breath or a sour taste in my mouth.. does anyone else get like this?? I never had this problem with my first pregnancy..
