How often do you change your underwear?

In discussion with some colleague's today the topic of someone's yeast infection came up. (Yeah 🙄 I know but we are all very close and comfortable with one another) Anyway it escalated to how often we change our under garments. We all had basically the same brand habits. But when it came to underwear I was astounded by the anwers. Now I feel like I'm nuts or something. I change mine 2 or 3 times a day. I change when I wake up in the a.m always! I change mid day if I deem it necessary due to that days activity level ex. And I always change every night when I shower obviously. I'm not trying to shame anyone of course but am genuinely curious now what the norm is.
