I went to see my midwife and she mentioned that if certain foods made you bloat pre pregnancy (for me it is foods high in carbs) this is typically worse once pregnant...for the first tri I've been carb loading haha so been super bloated!

I'm bloated a lot too. I have to wear a certain brand of scrubs and color where I work and they are tight really bad but when I went to the doctor no weight gain but my stomach is definitely bigger. Worse part for me is our brand doesn't carry maternity pants.

Yes! If I eat anything even a little salt I swell up like a balloon. I feel huge all the time

I changed my entire diet. Salty foods!!! I bought some pull over bras from Victoria's Secret Pink. My breast are 36dd and they fit nicely since they're so sore 24/7
