Need some reassurance 😟

2 days ago, I got my (faint) BFP! I was so ecstatic!

But... today I started spotting, a mix of very light pink and brown. It's lasted around 12 hours so far, but only there when I wipe.

I went to the doctors earlier and she said there's nothing they can do at this stage as it's so early, and to just wait it out and if it gets worse to go straight to A&E (ER).

Has anyone had spotting in early stages and everything ended up okay?

I know it could lead to a CP... I'm very aware. I just need more reassurance than anything.
