Hey ladies! I'm super curious if I'm missing something obvious...

How do you poop and pee with a tampon in? I change it every time I go and I'm going through soooo many tampons! I feel like I'm missing something real obvious...

Sorry ladies but I don't use towels, I hate them!

I always change it when I use the bathroom or when I feel the tampon is getting full with blood change it... it's not good to keep it in so long with blood and keeping it clean  is a must I rather go through them then having a dirty tampon and poor hygiene that is just gross.. and believe me it seems like I have to pee more on my period but I always take it out and put a clean one who cares about wasting tampons care about your health and hygiene.....
