I need some weight loss advice

This year I went from 130lbs to 200lbs 😭 I'm having my thyroid checked next week. This weight gain has had some negative impacts on my sex life and my self esteem. I have been drinking more water and green tea and trying to avoid a lot of junk food. I'm trying to find a local gym membership for an affordable price... can anyone help me out by giving me advice to help me get through this and get down to 120-130
