When I was a child, I remember it was my birthday and I just remember walking into the living room and my step dad was watching some movie where this guy was hung upside down and was beaten to a pulp with a baseball bat and I could just hear his cries of pain and ever since that day it's ALWAYS stuck in my mind.

I can't even watch a movie where that sort of beating happens, I hate the sound of someone being beaten like the punches and the cries of pain or choking on your own blood. Well I only thought of it because my mum had something on the TV where a man was getting the crap kicked out of him and although I couldn't see it, I heard it and I had that sick to my stomach feeling and I panicked and asked what was going on! 😷 It's so stupid really but are you like this? I feel like it's not normal 😕
