I'm so confused if this is evap!!!

So I am now 3 days late and I took a test this morning. It was negative at the start but I looked about an hr later and it looked like this. I know you're not supposed to but I hadn't thrown it in the trash it was still sitting on the counter so I glanced over at it and saw this? It definitely has color to it but because it was sitting for almost an hr I'm not sure if it's evap or not?.....
