Are there any November babies besides mine who still haven't mastered their social smile? 😯 pls comment

I am starting to get concerned as my baby still hasn't fully smiled in a social way (when alert, engaged, with lips wide and a mouth open) more than once.
Please comment with your baby's age and your experience!

For those who said YES, at how many weeks did your baby start giving you their social smile consistently?

11 weeks. He smiles at me when I talk to him and coos and is super engaged. Been this way for a few weeks now.

We find he smiles most right after we feed him. I guess he's just like daddy loves a full belly

My baby girl is 8 weeks old.. she has only just started and really only does it if you tap her lips and say "ahhh" she thinks this game is really funny and smiles.. but that's the only time..

Mine started smiling a little bit at around 5-6 weeks and now at 8-9 weeks I feel like he smiles a lot more at people. He usually smiles lots when he wakes up after a good sleep & feed & especially while I'm changing his nappy & giving him kisses around his neck and making high pitch noises. Other than that its really hard to get a smile out of him, he's a serious little man 😂

Her first was on NYE, but she's only been really social for the past two weeks, so I'd say 8 weeks. She'll coo and smile when someone talks to her or after she eats. No belly laughs yet.

Babies hit milestones at different times. Just mention it at his next check up. Doctor will probably just say to give it more time. After 4 months is when doctors usually start to wonder if baby will be on the spectrum. So just be patient.

He started around 4 or 5 weeks. He's 9 weeks now. He's most smiley first thing in the morning, which helps 'cause I'm not a morning person. The other surefire way to get him to smile is to wipe his mouth; he loves it. I have yet to catch him smiling for a picture, though.
