MC July 2014. BFP two days ago. Today I had light cramps&this only twice though. Er said baby is too small to see. Going to OB next week to check levels again. Any thoughts?

I started bleeding Saturday night bright blood like my period came. Then I went to the er in bad pain. Looked down and I had passed everything. :( another miscarriage.

I bled like that for a few days just a couple of days after I got my bfp. I'm 11W3D now (thanks be to God).
