UTI!!!! help!

I have a UTI and it's painful to the point I'm crying with the pain (TMI) and can't get access to an antibiotic until Monday but it's really bad I've had them. Score but never this bad - can anyone recommend any home remedies? I've been drinking gallons of water and water only!
