what's the best infant car seat for a small car?

I know I'll be toting babes around everywhere in it. Bonus points if it can be snapped on a jogger stroller.

I fell in love with the BabyTrend Manta Snap Loc stroller, but I've heard really bad things about BabyTrend car seats, so I may be stealing away from that brand.

We are getting a maxi-cosi for the same reason we did alot of research and found it was the best one for us. Not sure on the jogger though we just brought a separate pram.

When it comes to infant seats, they're all are almost identically. Your Baby Trend is made with the same amount of plastic and shape as your Britax. Because of that, all infant seats are almost identical in size, too.

However, there are major differences between brands when it comes to convertible and booster seats. That Britax? Yeah, they use metal in the seat and that Baby Trend doesn't. Convertable seats do come in smaller sizes (Evenflo Sonus, Graco SmartSeat, Britax Boulevard Clicktight, etc.) for smaller vehicles, but don't snap into strollers to create your own travel system :/

If you really want something to snap into your stroller, find an infant seat that's the same brand as your stroller. Chances are, it'll fit. If it's a more expensive stroller (BOB, Baby Jogger, etc.), you might be able to get an adapter. And then once your child grows out of the infant seat, find a smaller convertable seat. However, convertable seats start out at 5lbs so that's an option also. Good luck!

Graco is by far our favorite car seat brand! They have a jogging stroller travel system too that I've been looking at on Amazon. :)

I like the Chicco car seats which are a tad on the smeller side.  Not sure about fitting into baby trend.  May need an adapter if baby trend has it.

I think maxi-cosi has small car seats. I don't have a problem fitting my graco in small cars. I don't know about the jogger though-sorry!
