Ringworm?

My 7 month old son has a small circular patch of dry skin on his leg that won't go away. Could it be ringworm? Has anyone dealt with this and how can we get rid of it?

My daughter had two round spots on her back. Dr said to put 1% hydrocortisone on it twice a day. They went away quickly!

My son had a spot like that, I thought it was ringworm but turned out to be eczema. Definitely keep an eye on it

Some of our daughter's eczema patches look like ringworm too, but I'd head to a dr to get it looked at just in case

My 7 month son has the same thing. It's on his back, elbows and arms.  I think it's eczema! Just started solids, too so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it?

I don't know if it's ringworm or not, but my son had some dry skin spots before and his doctor told me to apply some adult moisturizer cream (e.g. Cetaphil, Aveeno, etc) on them. The thicker the cream the better. Twice a day is enough. Worked like a charm. They were gone after 2 days.

I took my LO to the doctor about a month ago for a couple of red round patches on his legs, back, and arms. If it's a patch and not an actual ring, with clear skin in the middle, then it's not ringworm. Our babysitter has a dog and that was my first thought too. All he informed me to do was buy Lubriderm and white Dove soap. And lotion him up every time his diaper is changed. Worked like a charm too.
