Really bad cramps

Hey guys so right now i have really really bad cramps. I can't move without feeling like throwing up and I'm literally in tears because they are so painful and frequent. I've never had cramps this bad before. I also got freezing cold randomly. Does anyone know why this happening or what i can do?
