acid reflux ?

Anybody else get bad acid refulx i would call it :/ when your stomach acid flows up your throat and it doesnt hurt but its super uncomfortable and annoying, how can i stop it ? It affects me a lot before i go to sleep

I have always had issues with acid reflux and heartburn. I found what works is taking Prilosec or Zantac. Sometimes Tums help if I get stomach aches along with it. Another tip is to watch out for foods that trigger the acid reflux and try to cut them out of your diet, or at least a little bit. Acidic food like tomatoes, chocolate or garlic are common triggers but some may affect you and some might not.

If you have not consulted with your PCP , I would definitely go that route.  My husband had. He was recommended medication.  To assist with preventing health issues down the road.

I have had acid reflux/heartburn my entire life. The best thing I have found, if you can stand to do it, is to swallow a spoonful of mustard.

Try to eat foods that don't have acid in them. Or limit your intake. Pepto bismol works as well
