I just ran into a guy I used to sleep with. I haven't seen him in 2 years. And my heart started racing, my tummy started flipping and I got so nervous and I don't know why. I definitely had feelings for him but that was 3 years ago! Can anyone help me figure out why I got nervous?

I think it's pretty normal, it probably brought all the old memories flooding back which may have made you nervous and reminded you of some of those feelings! Don't worry about it. (: 
I felt that way when my ex showed up uninvited to a party of mine too, even though I was dating my current boyfriend already.
