psyching self into thinking you're pregnant

I'm currently in a pregnancy scare, like so terrified that I am I can't even get the courage to test. I have been on BC for almost four months but just recently started last month all of the side effects are showing up. I think I'm freaking out that I'm pregnant (even though I had my bleeding on my placebo pills two weeks ago). I seriously see my areoles getting bigger and my back aching and cramping. I can't be! I just got my period. Freaking out.
