Every time I wake up I go to the bathroom and then afterwards I start cramping. There not strong cramps more so twinges in the middle of my lower abdominal. There off and on like af coming. Had this feeling for a week now. Last night I had mild nausea and sore boobs. I normally have that before af comes but not the cramps. Never like this. Could this be something new. Has anyone else experience this before. They say after ovulation u normally cramp for three days. Anything after I should consult my doc. Idk it's not messing with my lifestyle.
