4 weeks pregnant
I just found I was 4 weeks yesterday, it's the next morning and I've had a headache since lastnight and I've been afraid to take anything for it, it's 6 in the morning and I'm shaking and feeling like I have to use the bathroom (#2) and like I need to throw up. And my head is pounding. Idk what to do
