I live in a small town and I'm trying to choose a doctor. I was looking at ob gyns and I have 2 choices who are male. I've always gone to a female gyno in the past when I lived somewhere else and I'm not sure about switching. I can continue to see her, but it's an hour and a half drive with a large chance of delays due to a major bridge that closes to let boats through. Not sure if that's the best option. Can I choose someone in family practice? Or should I stick to the "obgyn" choices. I never knew this could be so stressful!! Any advice or let me know your thoughts on the matter? Thanks a bunch!
