Do ovarian cysts and pregnancy have the same symptoms?

Has anyone ever had an ovarian cysts? What do they feel like?

Ovarian cysts are pretty painful

I've been told after ultrasounds that I have them and they they ruptured. I've never had any symptoms. But they asked if I had a lot of stomach pain - so I assume they hurt for most people.

From my experiince with ovarian cysts, they don't have the same things as pregnancy. I had one the size of a grapefruit and the only way I knew I had it was because it ruptured and I felt like I was dying. It ruptured and took the ovary with it. My periods were normal with it, though I've always been able to know when one side was ovulating over the other (the one with the cyst) always hurt when it came to ovulating and now it'll still ache and I'll get light spotting with it (Dr said she didn't know why it happens considering the ovary looks pretty much shriveled up since it was last looked at). My mom had the same thing but they caught hers because she stopped having periods but was having negative tests and she started getting crazy weird symptoms like migraines lasting for days on end without cause, she'd get random outbreaks of cystic acne, she started growing light facial hair and so on and so forth but she ended up having her ovary removed
