Can this stroller be used for young babies in the bassinet position? We are starting out with a convertible car seat so I have had a hard time finding a stroller that we could use from the time our baby is still pretty young.

I have the same stroller but I got it with the infant car seat as well. I plan to use the bassinet when my baby is little and we go out for the day because they say not to let your baby sit in the infant seat too long because it can make it harder for them to breathe. I thought this option would be good for him to be able to lay flat and comfortably. I also like that the whole seat easily comes off and I can put the infant seat right in the stroller frame for shorter trips where he can just stay in the car seat. So far I love mine but won't know for sure until baby is here obviously!

I also have a convertible carseat. We have a basic Graco stroller that reclines. It works just fine for my newborn son without issue.

Bassinets can be used from birth its basically a flat bed your baby can lie or sleep in
