So I'm in the middle of my Mat leave and my boss sold her business and now I have a new employer. I'm going in to meet her next week. I feel like this is so awkward. Would it be weird if I brought cookies? It's a small business only 6-7 of us in total. What do you think? How should I dress? The whole thing is weird to me lol.
