30 weeks and bad pain in my leg?

I'm 30 weeks and when I stand up get a cramping pain underneath my butt cheek/upper thigh on the left side...

It hurts so much! Is this a pregnancy related thing or just something normal ? I've never felt anything like it before.

Could be sciatic.  That tends to run down your butt cheek/leg.  I dealt with that for weeks and believe it or not the only thing that made it go away was taking a long car ride with heated seats continuously on.  It was unplanned, but it definitely worked.  So maybe if you have a heating pad apply that to the area for a bit and see if it helps.

Might just be putting more pressure on that side so it's over working the muscle try a heating pad
