Hi, ladies. I recently had an anovulatory cycle, which has never happened to me before (that I'm aware of). My tests never detected ovulation and then it was confirmed at an ultrasound - no corpus luteum. My question is, when do I start testing for ovulation again? The breakthrough bleeding lasted almost 2 weeks, very unusual for me. I've been on letrozole (femara) for encourage ovulation, but apparently it isn't working.
