My stomach is growing and I've gained a few pounds also my back has begun to hurt in the lower region but my pregnancy tests keep coming back negative 👎 what could be happening?

I suffered always before and after AF with back issues proberly your cycle. Ovarian cyst maybe another cause or kidney problems

Where are you at in your cycle? Have you missed a period.  It could be just bloat

It might be a psychological pregnancy? Do you really really really wish you were pregnant? If you do, your body can start acting like it's pregnant even though there's no baby. I had one for a few weeks before I realized what was happening and shook myself out of it. It went away. It's so hard to not want to be pregnant though. Dx
