Chronic constipation

Any tips? Nothing seems to work. Even hospital grade ennamas couldn't get me going on one ocassion. It's very terrible. I have to take laxatives every weekend to stay healthy. I can't take them during the week because it hurts to much and I'd miss work. My colon does not like to work.
