Prenatals gummies??

Yay or nay? If so whats the best kind? Gummie or no gummie?

My husband who works in the sports nutrition/general nutrition industry told me gummies don't have enough of the things you need to benefit you or the baby unfortunately:( I reallllllly wanted to be taking gummies but they just don't have enough nutritional value. We looked at a ton of different brands with no luck.

First response gummies. I'm anemic and iron pills made me sick. The gummies don't have iron and my labs were always fine. The first Response ones didn't make me sick at all btw.

First response has a really good brand of prenatals that are gummy! My gag reflex won't let me swallow my pills so I gotta take gummies.

I used to like mine before pregnancy but now I can't stomach them.
