Insomnia/Parasomnia
During some weekends and every school night, I can't fall asleep. Not until about 5-7 am but that's just a couple of hours so for the entire day I'm exhausted. I've tried over the counter sleep aid and melatonin. I've tried excercising b4 bed but they aren't working. Is there anything else I should try b4 going to my doc???
