chinese calendar???

Has anyone ever tried the Chinese calendar before? My older sister tried it when she was pregnant with her second child and it said it was a boy and she ended up having a boy. I tried it just for fun since it says 50/50 and it said I was going to have a boy. But I am just hoping for a healthy baby.
