Promising pregnancy symptoms

Its been 10 days post iui tomorrow. Everyday I usually get a pain in my lower back and cramps in my lower andomen and my breasts arent really sore it's more of a dull pain and it doesnt last long . It usually comes and goes. Promising signs of pregnancy symptoms?
