How did you know you were pregnant after giving birth?

I'm 6 1/2 months pp. My daughter is ebf, with solids 2 times a day. The past couple weeks I've been nauseous and tired and super moody. Also cramping some days. I'm wondering if my period is trying to come back or if it's something else. How did you know?

I was feeling extremely exhausted and stomach sick so when I had my 2 month PP check up I asked them if I could be since I hadn't had my period yet and they said they'd do a pregnancy test.  It was negative but you should be able to test and get accurate results.

I always know because I miss my period but this time I had a period but only lasted 2 days and it was super light
