We are ttc, I'm taking prenatals and trying to eat healthy. Is there anything my bf should be doing or take? To make sure his sperm is healthy and gets to where it needs to go lol so we can have a baby soon!

Use preseed for lubricant!! It's a sperm friendly lube that allows spermies to swim better and keeps them alive longer

Not really besides dieting and exercising to. Pretty much the same things you're doing just without the prenatals. And after a year of activitly trying and nothing go to the doctor. They usually won't see either of you before then.

He can take fertiliaid for men. But honestly wouldn't go that far unless you have doubts. Usually at a yr with 0 mc they will test you both.
