Ultrasound findings and baby dance finally!! Wish us luck!

I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 14. I had my first transvaginal ultrasound when I turned 22. I saw all the classic signs of pcos and my blood work backed it up. I've been going to a new hospital for a few months now and had new blood work done(which is turning out normal levels in everything) and today had an ultrasound done. My left ovary still showed many immature follicles but my right ovary had only a couple and actually showed a big follicle that measured 1.4 cm!! He told me that follicles tend to rupture around 1.8cm.  Needless to say I was confused and excited. The nurse in the room with me said that they may have just caught me before I ovulated... mind u, my af started on Sunday and today is only cd 6!! What are the chances that I'm actually about to ovulate and what should I do to prepare for this possible miracle of ovulation?

Update: fingers crossed! Just did the baby dance!
