Low amniotic fluid

Just wondering if anyone else has gone in for their 28 week mid wifes appt to find out that their baby is breach undersize for gestation and that you have low amnitotic fluid? Being our first bub im nervous as hell and hope she will move on her own and be born healthy and closer to the due date but just wondering if anyone else has had this and could offer any advice or tips on coping and making things easier?
