TMI - watery discharge, please help

Had this discharge when i got up from bed. Told my midwife and doctor before I get watery discharge and they didn't seem bothered, but this is a bit more. Thoughts?? It's white in the middle with clear liquid (the darker part) around it. 29+4. Thanks
