Hey guys, I was just looking for some advice this is my BBT chart! First month tracking, I know a little about it, I know I ovulated CD10 but just wondering how the temps look now past ovulation??? O please can you guys comment & tell what you's see!! 😘

It's completely normal. Progesterone being released is why your temp is rising. It can be hard, but try not to read into the temps too much. They can stay high/rise right up to AF. xo

P.s temp only dips on day of period so will remain high until you are expecting AF. if they remain high then you have a good shot!!!

Fertility friend is better xx my positive chart. I was shocked as we hardly did it at all that month as we weren't v well! But it's all about the timing x

I would recommend BDing lots after you get a positive opk! Sometimes the dip indicates implantation although when temping other factors can affect it too. I had to temp for a few months before I saw trends and then I got my positive. It really works so don't give up hope! X
